Tony Johnson Tony Johnson
Co-Head, Investor Services and Global Head, Sales & Distribution

Tony Johnson is Co-Head, Investor Services and Global Head, Sales & Distribution, for RBC Investor & Treasury Services. As Global Head, Sales & Distribution, Tony is responsible for directing country market strategies, sales, relationship & strategic client management across the global team. His management team consists of the Investor Services’ Country Heads/Managing Directors and Segment Sales Heads.

Having rejoined RBC in 2003, the role expanded with the creation of the RBC Dexia joint venture and further in 2010 as Country Heads were re-aligned from an 'Operator' to a 'Business Builder' model.

Prior to this Tony was EVP Europe for Bisys Fund Services where he led their fund administration outsourcing businesses in the region. From 1996-2001 he was European Head, Sales & Relationship for RBC Global Services having joined the old Royal Trust business. His earlier career included Sales management roles with Citigroup and DowJones.

Tony's area of expertise is strategic sales leadership/management and institutional sales methodology/practice.

Joanna Meager Joanna Meager
Co-Head, Investor Services and Global Head, Client Operations

Joanna Meager is Co-Head, Investor Services and Global Head, Client Operations for RBC Investor & Treasury Services (I&TS). As Co-Head, Joanna is jointly responsible for the management of Investor Services, a fundamental component of the I&TS business segment. As Global Head, Client Operations, Joanna is responsible for managing the day-to-day global operations of Investor Services, while ensuring that the organisation’s integrated global operating model is developed, managed and implemented in a manner that is consistent, efficient, high quality and cost-effective.

Prior to this appointment, Joanna was Managing Director of RBC Dexia (RBC’s legacy joint venture with Dexia) in the UK, Ireland and Middle East driving the region’s strategy and business focus. This included being responsible for over 500 employees based in RBC Dexia’s London offices and 200 employees in Dublin.

With over 20 years of financial services experience, Joanna was previously at Deutsche Bank, where for five years she was Managing Director of Client Operations and Global Risk & Control. Prior to that, she was responsible for European Operations at Credit Suisse Asset Management. She began her career with Salomon Smith Barney, now Citigroup, where she spent 11 years, and held various management and project related posts around the globe.

Joanna holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Economics.

Joanna Meager Connie Colangelo
Head, Human Resources

As Head, Human Resources for RBC Investor & Treasury Services, Connie Colangelo is responsible for the development and implementation of a human resources strategy to align with business objectives and strategies. Connie’s key focus areas include organisational effectiveness, talent management, leadership depth and capability, compensation and corporate governance.

Connie has been in Human Resources since 1998 and has worked with several businesses in the RBC group. She has led Human Resources for Investor Services since 2006. Prior to joining Human Resources, she held various management positions in wealth management retail.

Connie holds a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Toronto.

Sébastien Danloy Sébastien Danloy
Head, Investor Services - Europe & Offshore (and CEO RBCIS Bank)

Sébastien Danloy is Head, Investor Services, Europe & Offshore and Managing Director for the Luxembourg office. He also acts as CEO of RBC Investor Services Bank S.A.

He is a member of the Investor Services Operating Committee and leads the Luxembourg Management Committee. He works with the Managing Directors and the local management teams across Europe to advance the local business and build a sustainable business growth strategy across the region, notably via our onshore/offshore approach. As part of his executive mandate, he is the senior owner of client growth and satisfaction in Europe, oversees the regulatory relationships, ensures employees engagement in the geography and manages the Luxembourg bank entity as an essential part of the organisation.

He joined RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. with significant senior expertise in the industry and a long list of accomplishments. Most recently, he was with Société Générale Securities Services where he served as Global Head of Sales & Relationship Management. He has also held senior roles with BNP Paribas Securities Services and State Street.

He holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School of Economics & Management, Université Libre de Bruxelles.

Samuel Kuborn Samuel Kuborn
Head, Core Product & Client Solutions

As Head, Core Product & Client Solutions, Samuel is responsible for the Product Management of our core products which include Custody, Global Fund Platform, Shareholder Services, Fund Administration and Alternative Investment. In addition he has global responsibility for managing client design, transitions, service management and fund corporate services for both existing and new clients.

Samuel has 12 years experience with RBC Investor Services. Prior to his current role, Samuel was Head of Operations in Luxembourg and Member of the Management Committee with responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of securities services, Global Fund Platform, Shareholder Services, Fund Administration & Alternative Investment Services and Middle Office Services.

Previously Samuel was Managing Director of RBC Dexia Netherlands, Managing Director of Dexia-BIL Dublin Branch. He also worked for Dexia Asset Management and held senior management positions at BNP Paribas, Paribas and Paribas Asset Management Paris.

Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration (Honours) from the University of Louvain, Belgium.

John Lockbaum John Lockbaum
Head, Investor Services - Canada (and CEO RBCIS Trust)

As Head, Investor Services - Canada, John is the country’s business builder responsible for creating a sustainable market strategy in line with the overall enterprise. He directly owns sales, relationship management and client satisfaction, is the leader of the local executive committee, responsible for employee engagement and has regulatory ownership of RBC Investor Services Trust.

John joined RBC Global Services in July 2005, now RBC Investor Services. He is a global executive with 26 years of financial services experience both in Canada and abroad. He has enjoyed an array of opportunities in sales, marketing, product, client service and operations.

John holds a degree from McMaster University and numerous industry accreditations. He has studied at the Harvard School of Business and the Rotman School of Management.

Eric Mansuy Eric Mansuy
Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Eric is responsible for leading strategy, development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of our information technology infrastructure.

Before taking on this role, Eric Mansuy was Head of IT Services with Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL). He has held progressively senior positions within Dexia BIL where he has spent much of his career.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in IT management, and a DESS in Business Administration. He also completed the Program for Executive Development with IMD in Lausanne.

Head, Enterprise Change Initiatives

As Head, Enterprise Change Initiatives, Simon will lead a Global team responsible for Business-led Portfolio and Program Management, Business Architecture, Governance and Change Management activities across RBC Investor Services.

Simon has 25 years of securities industry experience and has worked at RBC Investor Services and formerly RBC Global Services for over 15 years. During this time Simon has run Business Planning and Change Management, Custody Operations (UK and Ireland), and has lead major change programs which include establishing our Middle office and Fund Accounting Capability in the UK. In addition Simon was the Managing Director in the UK for two years.

Simon has previously held operations and change management positions at Natwest Markets, Lloyds Securities Services and Touche Remnant & CO.

Susan Pike Susan Pike
Global Head, Market Services

As Global Head, Market Services, Susan Pike has global accountability for the performance and management of the market-based services which include securities lending, investment finance, foreign exchange and cash management.

Before taking on this role, Susan was Global Head, Securities Lending, for RBC Dexia. Her background includes over two decades of experience in investor services, with senior roles in securities lending, foreign exchange and transition management services. Susan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University.

Amy South Amy South
Chief Financial Officer

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Amy South is responsible for all Statutory, Regulatory and Management Reporting as well as Finance Systems and Processes and Vendor Management Functions for the Investor Services Business on a global basis.

After joining RBC Investor Services in early 2011, Amy was appointed Head, Finance Shared Services, where she led the Finance Transformation Office that implemented functional reporting for the global Finance team. She successfully led this as well as many other initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance systems and reporting.

Before joining RBC Investor Services, Amy was Chief Financial Officer for ING Real Estate Canada. Prior to that, she held progressive positions of responsibility at Morgan Stanley for 17 years, most recently as Executive Director, Global Sales and Trading Distribution, working for their New York office.

After receiving her B.A. degree from the University of Toronto, Amy qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and began her career as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse. Her international experience includes postings in Sydney, Australia for Price Waterhouse and in London, England for Morgan Stanley.

David Travers David Travers
Head, Investor Services - Asia Pacific (and Managing Director, Australia)

David Travers is Head, Asia Pacific and Managing Director, Australia. He is responsible for providing strategic oversight to RBC Investor Services’ activities in the Asia Pacific region and the Australian market, including business development, client relationships and service delivery.

David has more than 25 years of experience in investor services in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to RBC Investor Services, David held the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Services, for Australia and New Zealand at State Street. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Operation Officer, Investment Services for Australia and New Zealand. Before joining State Street, David was Vice President, Relationship Management, for the Global Investor Services Operations of Chase Manhattan Bank Sydney. He was also Head of Asia-Pacific Operations for Morgan Stanley’s global custody business before it was acquired by Chase Manhattan Bank.

David also holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney, is a past Chairman of the Australian Custody Services Association and a current member of the Financial Services Council Global Markets Board.

Chief Risk and Chief Administration Officer

As Chief Risk Officer, Frank Van Hoornweder is responsible for RBC Investor Services’ risk management strategy and framework. As Chief Administration Officer, Frank coordinates all other control functions to ensure that the Investor Services business remains compliant within agreed parameters. He is also responsible for Corporate Governance and Secretarial function as well as Market and Regulatory Initiatives.

Frank joined RBC Investor Services from Adinfo SA in Belgium, where he was CEO and General Manager. Prior to joining Adinfo SA in 2005, he held a number of progressively challenging management positions with Dexia Bank, where he led teams in both IT and financial markets management.

Frank holds a Civil Engineer Industrial Management degree from the University of Louvain and a Civil Electrotechnical Engineer degree from the University of Gent.

Tim Wood Tim Wood
Head, Business Performance & Optimisation

Tim Wood is Head, Business Performance & Optimisation. This function includes Business Performance and Headcount Control & Efficiency, Operations Control, Network Management, Operating Models, Business Transformation and Global Business Continuity. Tim's previous role was as Head, Client Solutions, with global responsibility for managing client design, transitions, service management and fund corporate services for both existing and new clients.

Tim joined RBC Investor Services’ predecessor business in 2002 and his prior roles include Head, Network Management, Head of Client Services, and Head of Operations & Fund Services. He has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining RBC Investor Services, he worked for Invesco Asset Management and has also held positions with Prolific Asset Management, Baring Asset Management, HD International and Nomura.

Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from OU Business School.
