Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, DFS-Online operates in a robust and secure operating environment and utilises state-of-the-art technology that guarantees rapid response rates.

DFS-Online provides you with access to:

  • Client reporting:
    • A broad selection of reports (pdf format) or standard extraction files (csv or txt format) from our global custody system
    • A wide range of reports (pdf format) or standard extraction files (csv or txt format) from our fund accounting system
    • Tailor-made extraction files to feed your systems (txt or csv format)
    • The possibility to customise the download of reports or files
    • Access to a dedicated FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site for the automation of file downloads

  • Trade instructions:
    • Input of transactions directly via pre-formatted screens (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)
    • File upload via the browser (HTTP upload)
    • File transfer via a dedicated FTP site
