DFS-Online, our proprietary reporting tool, provides clients with a broad range of client reports and the ability to input trade instructions, via STP, to RBC Investor Services. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, DFS-Online operates in a robust and secure operating environment and utilises state-of-the-art technology that guarantees rapid response rates.

RBC Investor Services’ proprietary Shareholder Accounting & Registration Application (SARA) offers efficient and effective management of shareholders' registers. Designed to meet both retail and institutional investment needs, SARA is continuously updated and modified to keep pace with the ever-changing funds environment. Accessible through a client server or via an Internet interface, this application operates in real time and is available in English, as well as in five other languages.

Query Tracking System (QTS) Sign In
RBC Investor Services offers clients our proprietary Query Tracking System (QTS), an interactive query submission system that provides you with a quick, easy and secure method of asking us questions and getting answers when you need them. It also provides tracking and reporting capabilities. RBC Investor Services is the first investor services provider in Canada to offer this kind of capability.
